Payment PoliciesCOURSE CANCELLATION/TRANSFER POLICY

We try to follow the scheduled dates for each seminar and training course. It could happen, because of different circumstances, that we must cancel or reschedule the dates of a seminar or a training.

If the minimum number is not met, or an unpredictable situation arises, we may need to change the dates. If we are unable to reschedule a seminar or a training fitting your schedule, we will gladly issue you a total refund. If you need to cancel your participation to a seminar or a training, you must consider that usually we have expenses, for administration, materials, locations, logistics and, sometimes, additional trainers. We are sure you understand that we must compensate these costs. You can find below what is our policy on cancellations. Our policy, privilege transferring tuitions within one year from the original dates, over issuing refunds. If we give refunds for different reasons than our own rescheduling or cancellation, always administrative fees are deducted.

CANCELLATIONS

  • CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE: the participant can ask to transfer the tuition, minus the administrative fees listed below, to another seminar or training within one calendar year of the original dates.
  • CANCELLATIONS WITH 7 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE: cancellations or transfers, that are a week or less before a training or seminar the participant is registered into, will imply that the full amount of the deposit will be kept. The remainder of the tuition will be applied as a credit to a seminar or a training within 1 year of the original dates.
  • CANCELLATIONS WITH 24 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE: cancellations or transfers, that are 24 hours or less before a training or seminar the participant is registered into, will imply that the full amount of the tuition will be kept, with no possibility to benefit of a credit to a seminar or a training within 1 year of the original dates.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES ON TRANSFERS

  • Courses under or equal €100: a €20 administrative fee applies to any transfer.
  • Courses under or equal €300: a €35 administrative fee applies to any transfer.
  • Courses more than €300: a €50 administrative fee applies to any transfer.

If you need to withdraw from a class or transfer to another class for any reason, please email us in time. Failure to contact us will result in either the loss of tuition or the deposit for the class. For seminars and trainings cancelled by us: the full refund will be applied. For seminars and trainings rescheduled by us, no administrative fees will be applied.
